Echo Salon is a blended salon of commission stylists and booth rental stylists. Even though we are blended, we are a team. We all work together toward the common goal of enhancing and inspiring inner beauty.

Commission Stylist- GR and Creston Locations, looking for experience of 2+ years

*We are not currently looking for a receptionist or new graduate

  • At Echo Salon, we enhance and inspire inner beauty. We believe in providing the highest possible level of service to our guests.

    The ideal candidate has strong desires to do high-end, on-trend color, cuts, extensions, and all things hair. A willingness to learn and grow is a must, because we believe we ALWAYS need to be learning and growing.

    This position will pay $13/hour minimum or 50% commission. We also pay a 10-15% commission on retail product sold.

    Our ideal candidate has:

    → A valid cosmetology license in the state of Michigan

    → Full-time or part-time availability including evenings and Saturdays

    → A positive, cheerful attitude

    → Ability to multi-task

    → Organizational skills

    → Ability to stand all day

    → Flexibility with all hair types

    → A desire to learn

    → A desire to work as a team and build community

    We offer:

    → Mentorship and training program for newly licensed professionals

    We are a blended salon model, where we have both employees and booth rentalers. We strive to create an environment where the stylist is in control of their career and has ample room to grow while remaining a part of a larger team.

    The ideal candidate has a full clientele and does high-end, on-trend color, cuts, extensions, and all things hair. Education is a part of everything we’re about here, so a willingness to learn and grow is a must, because we believe we ALWAYS need to be learning and growing.

    Chair rental fees are paid monthly and can be a 6 or 12 month lease.
